Dry Needling

Dry needling is an extremely effective technique that uses a very fine acupuncture needle to reduce painful or tight areas in your muscles called trigger points. Many of us have areas in our body that feel tense all the time or feel like a knot in the muscle. By inserting thin filament needles into these areas, we elicit a “twitch response” or a brief contraction followed by an immediate and long lasting relaxation. Because the needle can treat very deep parts of the muscle, the technique is effective widespread and often a quicker way to relieve tension.

Rehabilitation exercise/training

Educated as a doctor of physical therapy as well certified as a sports conditioning specialist, I try viewing each patient as a whole rather than a single symptom to be treated. This is just one of many procedures I perform when coming up with any diagnosis and training regime. Your health deserves proper care and attention and I’m able to provide. Please contact me today to schedule an appointment.

Manual therapy

For years, patients have depended on me to provide this valuable service. I offer this and other specialized options to anyone in need of a Manual Therapist they can trust. I’m BearStrong, and specialized in Manual Therapy Certification allowing for a wide array of soft tissue and joint mobilization. I’m dedicated to building long-lasting relationships based on trust and medical integrity with every single patient.

Mobile and concierge services

Mobile/concierge physical therapy (PT) is a broad combination encompassing the delivery of health care services onsite location at your home, work, gym, or outside. Remote patient–clinician exchanges such as the use of patient portals, videoconferencing, and continuing care via telehealth is a great way to stay on top of your goals.  One unique benefit of mobile/concierge/telehealth services in PT has been identified in the literature as improved access to outpatient services for those unable to easily access in-person services due to difficulties with finances, commuting, and physical mobility.
